Join Chinatown for its 2017 Lion Dance Parade in celebration of the Year of the Rooster, Sunday, February 12, 2017 from 10AM to 5PM. Main Stage is located in Phillips Square (corner of Essex St and Harrison Ave). Lion Dance Performances by Chinese Merchants Assn., Chiu Mo Kwoon, Gund Kwok, Gung Ho Athletic Club, Nam Pai Academy, Wah Lum Kung Fu, Wong Association, Wong Keung Lion Dance Club, and Woo Ching Kung Fu Club. Martial arts demonstration by Oom Yung Doe.  Opening Ceremony at 10AM.

Culture Village located at 90 Tyler Street (the building with the Confucius statue) from 11AM to 2PM – Chinese calligraphy, instrumental music, arts & crafts.
